Our Attorneys

Henry Klein, a graduate of Rutgers-Newark Law School, has practiced law for 28 years in New Jersey and New York. He handles real estate, estate planning, small businesses information, and bank transactions.

Mr. Klein is a member of the AARP Legal Services Network, the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys and the American Immigration Lawyers Association. He is also a member of the Bergen County, New Jersey, and American Bar Associations, and he is admitted to state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York, and to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Roger Radol, a graduate of William Mitchell College of Law, brings to the firm a solid background in business and accounting. He holds advanced degrees in finance and business administration, and served nine years as a corporate comptroller. Mr. Radol utilizes his varied background to represent clients in commercial litigation and transactions. He also practices bankruptcy, immigration and family law.

Practicing since 1986, Mr. Radol is a member of the Bankruptcy Inn of Court, the American Bankruptcy Institute, the New Jersey Bar Association and its Bankruptcy Section, and the Pennsylvania and American Bar Associations. He is licensed in state and federal courts in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
