For Companies
If you are looking to hire a foreign national as an employee, you face a complicated legal process. Employment visas are issued based on preferences (see below.) These visas are often the best way for a foreign national to seek permanent residency in the United States.
At Klein & Radol, we assist companies throughout the business visa application process. We help companies seeking assistance in retaining or obtaining qualified foreign national employees.
For Foreign Nationals
Individuals looking to become permanent residents of the United States have three visa options: family visas, diversity visas, or employment visas. Each year the U.S. government issues 140,000 employment-based visas.
If you are looking to come to the United States under a work visa, our attorneys can help. We will serve as a point of contact throughout the visa application process, and work to ensure that your application is completed accurately. We are happy to answer any questions you have about the work visa process. You can call us from abroad at 001-201-308-5306.
